Her emotional eating made her suffer from a feeling of sickness and discomfort all of the time. Following the deaths of both parents, to death at 50, her father because of cardiac arrest and her mother due to arthritis complications-she decided she would manage her overall health. This was not about diets, but about finding the best way to optimize the body's functions.
